An open dialogue with students was held at the Chirchik branch of the Impuls Medical Institute as part of the “Meeting between Leadership and Youth” initiative.

The event was attended by A. Khamdamov, Rector of the branch, and Lieutenant Colonel N. Safarov, Head of the Chirchik City Department of Internal Affairs, who engaged the young people in an open discussion on pressing issues of the present day.

During the discussion, particular attention was paid to the harmful effects of narcotic and psychotropic substances on human health and the development of society, the prevention of offences, the protection of the rights and interests of women, and the fight against coercion and violence.

Detailed information was also provided on cybercrime, cases of online fraud, and the harmful influence of various alien ideologies and illegal movements. Young people were urged to observe information security practices and to use the internet responsibly.

The meeting served to raise students’ legal awareness and civic responsibility, to strengthen open dialogue with them, and to promote a healthy lifestyle.
